Notes |
This family includes only eubacterial proteins. These are large, multidomain enzymes, whose key domain shows a fold-type I structure. The family is well-defined, but sequences are related to lysine decarboxylases (families 4.1.1.18_b and 4.1.1.18_e) and arginine decarboxylases (family 4.1.1.19_2). |
