Description |
D-lysine 5,6-aminomutase |
Notes |
Lysine 5,6-aminomutase, an adenosylcobalamin and pyridoxal-5'-phosphate-dependent enzyme, is made of two subunits. PLP is inserted in the TIM-like barrel of the alfa subunit, but is covalently bound to a Lys residue of the Rossmann domain of the beta subunit.
Only sequences of the alfa subunit have been included in this family. |
