Notes The family includes the bacterial sequences most similar to the validated gene products from Streptomyces lavendulae, S. pactum and Amycolatopsis orientalis.
More distantly related sequences also occur in Nocardia (NocG, in the gene cluster for the biosynthesis of Nocardicin A) and other bacteria, but they have not been included here.
