Notes A family of bacterial and plant enzymes, built around the validated sequences from A. thaliana and E. coli.
In E. coli, the CsdA enzyme is apparently a promiscuous enzyme, with selenocysteine lyase, cisteine desulfurase and cysteine sulfinate desulfinase activities.
