Fold type VI

TIM- barrel, with the PLP imine linkage formed to the AdoCbl-binding Rossmann domain/subunit rather than to a lysine of the TIM barrel. PLP occupies a different position as compared to the alanine racemase (fold-type III) TIM-barrel.
