Comments	-!- In vivo, in Streptomyces luridus, the reaction is part of the dehydrophos biosynthesis pathway. The substrate for the reaction, acetylphosphonate, is provided by 1-amino-2-(phosphohydroxy)ethyl-phosphonate phospho-lyase (dhph-n).
