Description Fumonisin B1 synthase (2.3.1.-)
Notes A small family of fungal enzymes, built based on the validated sequence from Gibberella (Fusarium verticilloides) and closely resembling Serine C-palmitoyltransferases (family 2.3.1.50b).
The sequences contain an additional C-terminal domain that is also aminotransferase-like.
